Month-month lease. 2. If rent is delayed for any 2 months during the period of the lease, the lease will be terminated and the tenant will have to exit the property in two months. 3. If there is any issue with neighbors or complaints, the lease will be terminated and the tenant will have to exit the property in two months. 4.
