LEASE TERMS Lawn mowing service is provided by owner. Upon lease signing, a $500 hold deposit is required and will be credited toward the security deposit. First month's rent and the remaining security deposit are due prior to move-in. Should you have a pet, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee with monthly pet rent of $30 for pets under 30 pounds and $40 for pets over 30 pounds. The pet deposit can be split over up to three months' rent. Tenant shall maintain the exterior areas in a reasonably clean and orderly condition, including removal of leaves, fallen branches/sticks, and upkeep of flower beds. Renter pays for all utilities, including water, electricity, gas, wastewater, internet/tv, and trash/recycling. We do not rent to smokers, sorry.
