It is also in a historic district, so all of the homes have an eclectic East Nashville aesthetic without tall-skinnies. It's perfect for walks and biking. Village Pub, Mitchell's Deli, Dose and other popular restaurants are a block away. Kroger is also on my block.
I will not be living on-site; this is full rental. The property is perfect for newlyweds or a small family. There is a 2-car garage in the back and a yard that is asking for use. We also built a massive outdoor deck.
