If smoking occurs inside the unit, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of restoring the space to a smoke-free condition. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all residents. Tenant Qualification Criteria We aim to make the application process smooth and straightforward. To qualify: Income: Verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Credit History: We don't focus heavily on credit scores; we care more about your ability to pay rent.
