Credit and Background Checks for All Occupants Before being approved and moved in, credit history, criminal, background check, eviction history check, and prior landlord verification is required for each adult individual who will be living in the property. All tenants and cosigners must fill out a separate application with their own information. Registered offenders are not accepted. Convicted felons will be declined. This is a Non-smoking property. Marijuana smoking, vaping, or any form of tobacco use is not accepted.
