Lease terms

Tenant pays for water, propane, electric, pest service. Basic landscaping and irrigation, garbage collection is included in rent. Lease is for 12 months; will consider something less with cost adjustment for short-term (6-month min). Absolutely no smoking on premises. Tenant is responsible for keeping the outside of the home and patios clean, neat and orderly. Hurricane Astro fabric shutters are available to be installed by tenant or at tenant's expense. Our Welcoming Pet Policy We love our four-legged family members and are happy to consider up to two dogs (sorry, no other pets at this time). To ensure a harmonious community for everyone, we ask that your furry friends meet these simple standards: Gentle and Friendly: No history of biting or aggression, peaceful pups only. Housebroken and Well-Trained: Fully potty-trained and obedient, with no accidents or behavioral issues. Not to be Leashed Outside, and always on a leash during walks to respect neighbors and our beautiful grounds. References: We'll need vet records, previous landlord references to make sure they're a great fit. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and we'll chat about details during your application.
