Lease terms

Security Deposit $1300. Pet Policy: Some pets accepted with management approval. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. $25 per month pet rent per pet. We currently DO NOT accept Section 8 or housing vouchers for new tenants at this property. This is a *non-smoking* and *non-vaping* home. Tenant responsible for all utilities and trash. Property Management responsible for lawn maintenance. Credit background check required. Renters insurance required with minimum $100,000 liability. Management is not located onsite. 1-year lease. Applicants must meet the minimum screening standards below to be approved. Qualification Standards Each adult occupant must submit an application. Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent ($3900 per month). All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 3 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
