The home does not provide AC, however remains cool from cool bay breezes. *There is a 4% credit card processing fee for all refunds on bookings made on our direct websites and Vrbo. This fee is covered by us, unless canceled by the guest.* Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Richardson Bay from this meticulously renovated Tudor Revival Castle. The mansion boasts high-end finishes, including Italian porcelain flooring, an outdoor kitchen, and several elegant European-style fountains and statues. The propane BBQ has been replaced with a charcoal BBQ for guest use. As you arrive, an oversized water feature welcomes you, surrounded by stone statues, setting the tone for luxury, elegance, and comfort. This is where all of your magical memories of visiting charming, nature-filled Marin and breathtaking San Francisco will be made! This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The primary bedroom located on the second floor offers stunning bay views, a private office, a fireplace, a 75-inch smart TV, and a delightful en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, smart toilet, and shower with rain head. You will find LED ambient lighting accenting most of the home with warmth to set the mood. On the same floor is a queen-sized bedroom with equally stunning bay views, a 50-inch smart TV, and access to a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a smart toilet, shared with a full-size bedroom. The third and top level of the home has a self-contained, independent modern penthouse suite including its own modern kitchenette, full bathroom complete with rain head and massage shower features, and smart toilet. Naturally, the bay views are fabulous with tons of natural light coming in from the numerous skylights and large oversized windows. The ground level of this mansion features a formal sitting room with antique-style furniture and an adjacent extra bedroom with a pull-out sofa, and a Jack and Jill bathroom accessible from the main area and the bedroom. The formal dining room opens to a generous glass conservatory with a modern dining space with bay views, with a vintage foosball table for some family and friend fun time! The massive gourmet kitchen is equipped with a central marble-clad island and provides all the necessary appliances needed to cook for all of your guests, and it shares a large open plan space with a very cozy living room with a 75-inch Smart TV and stone fireplace. The built-in grill top is not currently connected and will not be available for guest usage. The attached garage is currently not available for guest use as it is used for the owners' vehicles and storage, but there is plenty of parking space in front of the garage, and street parking is also available. Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the house and outdoor space. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly.
