Lease terms

Rental Agreements: - Month-to-month leases available - Tenants are responsible for covering all utility costs - Max occupancy 2 per bedroom - Rental insurance is required - Pets are allowed Qualification Requirements: - Gross income should be a minimum of 2 times the rent - Documented rental background or proof of homeownership - No previous evictions - Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 550 for consideration - A credit score below 550 is denied - Co-signers are not allowed - No smoking inside or out Initial Costs for Move-In Include: - Lease up fee of $300.00 on approved applicants moving in - A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent - The pet deposit is equal to half of the security deposit ( If applicable) - Pet rent is $50.00 per month (If applicable) Fair Housing Commitment: We adhere to all Federal Fair Housing laws, embracing individuals of every race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
