Lincoln Towers is a family run business. We have been renting apartments in the Capitol Hill neighborhood for over forty years . We own and manage our own buildings, all of which are located in the heart of Capitol Hill. Please feel free to email us with any questions about the upcoming vacancies listed below. Please note that only a handful of our apartments allow dogs, but most units do allow up to two cats. All of our buildings are non-smoking, and, with a few exceptions, most apartments are unfurnished (we do have some furnished units that come available, and we can do short term leases on these). We work hard to offer homes that are comfortable, well taken care of, and reflect the uniqueness of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. 121 12th Street SE is located just 1/2 block south of Lincoln Park and a 10 minute walk from Eastern Market. Easy access to Barracks Row and H Street... Bikeshare station just one block away, and multiple bus routes at Lincoln Park. This building has a roof deck with truly unbeatable view of the Capitol and city at large. Laundry room in basement managed with a phone app that allows tenants to check on machine availability. Resident manager on site. Elevator. Zipcar on the premises, and bike storage room access is available. Most apartments in the building allow cats only, but the basement apartments allow dogs (no other pets, sorry). No smoking at this location. Limited off street parking is sometimes available as are a small number of furnished apartments. The building is entirely family owned and managed.
