Beautiful mountain cabin with lots of character and charm.… Surrounded by towering pines on a large flat lot, you will love relaxing on one of the quietest streets in Tahoe Donner. 5 bedrooms plus a loft gives you room to sleep up to 12 of your friends and family (3 queens, 2 xtra long twins; 4 twins). The home features two remodeled bathrooms, laundry room, and full kitchen with all the items you will need, large fridge, oven, gas stove, coffee pot, kuerig, pots/pans, knives, wine glasses, etc. Enjoy some time in the loft with a foosball table.
We recently remodeled the kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher.
Laundry room with washer and dryer. Three decks. Horseshoe pit in the back. Large flat driveway, basketball hoop and room for six cars.
This home is In Tahoe Donner, so you will access to all the amenities of Tahoe Donner (go to Tahoe Donner's website to determine eligibility) including three pools (only lap pool is open in winter), three hot tubs, private beach (rentals and boat ramp), tennis courts, work out facility, as well as golf, equestrian center, mountain bike center, cross-ski center, downhill ski resort, Pizza on the Hill, Lodge Restaurant, all within the Tahoe Donner neighborhood!
Tenant pays for 3/4 snow removal, gas, electricity and internet.
Short drive to Truckee and 15 minutes to Squaw Valley or Boreal. 20 minutes to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, or Sugar Bowl.
The pool and hot tub listed in amenities are at the neighborhood club house about a 5 minute drive away--they are not at the house.
