Cute, Bright, Roomy Studio. Ground-level apartment in our home with own private entrance. Fully remodeled. Kitchen with 2-burner electric cooktop.… No oven. Refrigerator + microwave included. Washer/dryer. Tall ceilings make it feel large, bright and open. Walk-in shower, no bathtub. Built-in counter/desk/table with stools included. TV with mount included. We have a medium-sized dog and a cat. I'm open to considering 1 smaller pet as long as it doesn't create and issue with mine. You'll have your own partially fenced (3 sides) rock/concrete outdoor area + 2 (tandem) off-street parking spots. IMPORTANT NOTE! I have 3 young, high-energy, loud kids. It's fairly noisy mornings, evenings, weekends, but not during the day. All prior renters have said it hasn't been an issue but it's not overly tranquil by any means. They are only with me 1/2 the time. Utilities (water, heat, hot water, electricity, & trash) included. Window A/C + ceiling fan. Internet included but if you need a lot of bandwidth you may need to install your own - I work from home sometimes so can't have it bogged down but have not had an issue yet - even with prior renters working from home full time. Available Sept 1. Flexible/negotiable lease terms, minimum 4-month lease. This neighborhood is a phenomenal location: 1 mile to Sugarhouse Park, downtown Sugarhouse and 15th & 15th; 1.5 miles to Liberty Park, 9th & 9th and I-80; Stores, groceries, gas, restaurants, etc. super close by; right across the street from Westminster College. We live right on a bike/walking path and there are a few bus routes within a few blocks. Renter inquires only - no soliciting for rental filling or management services!
