DEPOSIT: This is the same as the rent amount, depending on creditworthiness and other higher risk factors. No unsatisfied evictions. No pending evictions/lockouts on the current home. No unpaid balances to previous landlords. No felony convictions or pending charges. Combined household income for all adults must be at least 3 times the rent (Gross income - before deductions). NOTE: The basement has experienced sewer backups during certain severe rain events due to MSD infrastructure issues. The property is currently part of ongoing litigation relating to those events. We recommend that tenants avoid storing valuable personal property directly on the basement floor and maintain renters insurance that includes sewer/water backup coverage if available.
