Main lease ends August 31, 2027, with possible renewal. No smoking or pets. Remove shoes indoors. Option to buy furniture from outgoing roommate No security deposit, but keep the premises and appliances in good condition and pay for any repairs you necessitated as they come up. If you don't return the key, the landlord charges a $50 fee. Renters insurance is recommended but not required.
