Brand new central air and heat. Access to washer, dryer, kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, but no dishwasher), living room TV and all shared space. Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, internet) within normal usage. Will share the cost of kitchen supplies (dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc) among roommates as needed.
