    No smoking indoors of any kind with our beautiful condo. There is a dedicated parking spot that you are entitled to in the underground parking lot. This lot is 100% secure, has a garage door, and is heated. We require you to stay for a minimum of 29 nights and give discounts and perks the longer you stay. You are required to maintain the property as if it was your own. We do require a deposit but can use other Platforms like VRBO or BnB to create a similar protection. Please note the place is furnished but if you have your own furniture we can negotiate taking ours out, or something in between!
