1 year lease. Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance, watering, mowing, clear any debris. Must keep driveway clean and blackberries trimmed. Owner to maintain 2 times a year weed cutting fields and along Tyler Foote Road. Tenant to haul their trash and recyclables to NSJ transfer station, keeping trash bins and shed clean. Owner to pay for quarterly pest control. Septic system holds 6 people maximum. Gas generator onsite: tenants to share cost of gas to run generator. Cottage and Main house share PGE with kWh reader tracking Cottage kWh usage for billing. Propane tank will be filled at occupancy: Tenant to take over lease and required to keep it on schedule for automatic filling, and leaving full at move out. Owner to supply lawnmower and other tools. Pets must be kept in yard, and picked up after. Growing of vegetables, flowers only. No growing marijuana. No chickens or other farm animals. No smoking inside. No charcoal grills. No hot tubs. No trampolines. No storage of unlicensed or non-working vehicles of any kind, boats or trailers.
