Rental Duration: The rental is available for the winter season, specifically from November 2023 to end of February 2024. It is not available for an annual lease. Furnished and Stocked: The rental is fully furnished and comes equipped with all basic necessities. Utilities Included: All utilities are included in the rent, so tenants don't need to worry about additional utility costs. Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are not provided, so tenants will need to bring their own or purchase them. No Pets and No Smoking: The resort has a no-pets and no-smoking policy, so these are not allowed in the rental. Ocean Views: The rental offers great views of the ocean Cable: The resort is working to restore the cable services to the building, which might be available during the rental period. Rent and Security Deposit: The monthly rent is $799, and there is a $799 security deposit. By-weekly rental option is also available. The security deposit will be returned after the guest's stay, minus a departure deep cleaning fee. Alternative Properties: If the unit is already booked or not available, the rental company has other similar properties that may be offered.
