I am the homeowner and live upstairs. The unit is private, but I may need occasional access due to the location of the heating system, water shutoff, and breaker box. This is a very rare occurrence and is limited to emergencies and planned repairs. Please note, there is a small dog onsite. Transportation: Located on the #5 bus line for easy access to Shoreline Community College and downtown Seattle. Located 3 blocks from #345 bus line, running east-west on N 130th Street, which will give easy access to the 130th Street/Pinehurst Light Rail Station, opening late 2026.
