Standard pricing reflects a 2-bedroom configuration, ideal for traveling professionals or small teams. One bedroom may remain locked to provide a lower monthly rate option. Need additional space? The third bedroom can be unlocked at any time during your stay for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability and written agreement. This flexible structure allows us to offer competitive pricing with an upgrade option. Lease Length This home offers flexible lease terms, making it a great option for short- and mid-term stays (30+ days preferred). Longer leases are welcome for well-qualified tenants. Specific lease dates will be confirmed prior to occupancy. Smoking Policy This is a smoke-free residence. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the home. Any outdoor smoking must take place away from doors and windows and be disposed of responsibly. Parking Parking is available on-site for residents. Guest parking is permitted in designated areas. Oversized vehicles, commercial vehicles, RVs, or trailers require prior approval. Pet Policy Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Restrictions may apply based on size, breed, or number of pets. Approved pets may require an additional deposit and/or monthly pet rent. Maintenance & Care of Home Property management is responsible for major maintenance and system repairs. Residents are expected to: Maintain cleanliness of the home and outdoor areas Notify management promptly of maintenance concerns Use appliances and fixtures as intended Handle minor upkeep such as light bulb or filter replacements, if applicable Utilities Owner pays for utilities, including water, garbage, electric, and internet. Arrangements will be clearly outlined in the lease agreement prior to move-in.
