Credit report and background check required for each person 18 and over. Credit and background check through "MySmartMove". Credit Score of 720 or higher required. Gross monthly income should be a minimum of 3.5x the monthly rent. Applicant pays for credit application directly to "MySmartMove". $7,000 security deposit required. Include a copy of driver's license or state ID, last year's W2 or 1099, and the last 2 months of pay stubs for each applicant and e-mail to the owner provided e-mail address. Only 1 hypoallergenic dog up to 25 lbs. allowed for additional $90 per month + $500 non-refundable pet deposit. No cats or any other pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. Renters insurance required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal (short term leases includes lawn care and utilities for additional monthly fee). No trampolines, large swimming pools or aquariums allowed. If you choose to rent the home semi-furnished, below is the information on what's included: Second level: King size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 nightstands, dresser, area rung and a TV in the Primary bedroom. A queen size bed with memory foam mattress, desk, dresser, and area rug in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is currently unfurnished. High-end Washer and Dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. Main Level: Living room is furnished with sofa, 2 marble coffee tables, 4 accent chairs, electric built-in fireplace, 2 large faux decorative plants, wall art above the sofa, a built-in the wall 65" smart TV, and 2 area rugs. Dining room is furnished with a dining room table with 6 chairs, area rug, and wall art. Kitchen has high-end LG stainless steel refrigerator, built-in beverage fridge, stainless steel dishwasher, built in the wall microwave-oven combo, 3 island stools, 36" gas range top, and a 36" stainless steel range hood. Main level office has a large desk with drawers, a separate unit with 9 drawers, and a 5-shelf bookcase. Main level bedroom (the 4th bedroom in the house) is equipped with queen sized bed with a mattress, 2 nightstands, 2 marble night lamps, wall art, area rug, and a smart TV. Trash cans in bathrooms and kitchen included as well. Tenant to bring their own small kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, pots, pans and silverware.
