I do not charge an application fee. Potential tenants must complete my application and submit a copy of their credit report. All areas of the home are tiled except for the primary bedroom. There is carpet in the primary bedroom. The one car garage is accessed from the alley in the back of the unit. I do not provide a refrigerator, washer or dryer. The laundry connections are in the garage. There is a small side and back yard. I prefer a long term tenant. Minimum lease is 12 months.
