Lease terms

All utilities included in rent including WiFi, water, electric, gas. Short (minimum of 6 months) or long-term rental available. No smoking. This location is conveniently located close to an entertainment district with shops, restaurants, bars, a laundromat, the University of Texas at El Paso, and a hospital. Also a beautiful park right down the street. Walking to these places is easily done. Best suited for one individual, but not limited to one renter. Visiting scholars and travel nurses are welcome to apply. Parties must adhere to local noise and occupancy ordinances. Laundromat is only 1.3 miles away. The Kern Place neighborhood is safe and quiet. A deposit of $900 must be received the day before renter signs lease. The deposit is held for repair of damages, if any. Renter and Landlord will conduct an exit interview to ensure all parties agree on final outcome. Rent MUST be paid on the first of the month. If using an electronic payment platform, you must send funds in advance to ensure they are received on time. A background check is required. PLEASE NOTE a small pet 20 pounds or less may be allowed after a thorough discussion with expectations are set and pet deposit of $500 is received.
