We are flexible on your credit - please disclose any background check concerns you have.
We have the same rental requirements for every tenant collectively all the adults in the home need to make two times the monthly runt amount.
We do require a full first month rent to move in regardless of the date that you move in the second month will be prorated.
Refundable security deposit is equivalent to one month rent.
We do require each tenant be bonded through a bonding company which is equivalent to one month rent. This then waves any bad credit or tarnished credit or background reports and guarantees the rent for us as landlords so we can rent two tenants that do not have a perfect rental record. We use the company called the Guarantors. Do not sign up with the Guarantors yet we will send you a link to apply once you tour the property & confirm you like it and want to move in.
