Pooler offers a vibrant hub with diverse shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's a short 15-20 minute drive to historic Savannah and a 40-50 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Tybee Island. The home is conveniently located just 6 miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A $75 fee will be charged if guests vacate more than thirty minutes after the posted check-out time. If possession is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged. All guests must be approved before check-in, and a $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking property, and infringing upon this rule shall result in a $200 fine, in addition to potential additional costs. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Pets are not allowed unless approved before booking; guests' inability to comply shall result in a fine of $200 per unauthorized pet. If messes resulting from pets are evidenced upon checkout, a fine of up to $500 will be enforced. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the housekeeping crew notices an unreasonable mess after checkout. A $75 fee will be incurred if the keyless entry system is damaged. Guests must have a valid working phone number. This home has an occupancy limit of ten (10) guests. Guests who live within thirty (30) minutes of the premises must contact the host before booking. Guests agree that if any aspect of the premises or home is damaged at the fault of guests, they are responsible for the total repair costs. The primary bedroom features a private workspace with a desk, cozy chair, and high-speed internet, making it ideal for those needing to work during their stay.
