This two-bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks down from Kwik Trip and Manitowoc County Health Department. Inside, you have beautiful oak wood flooring throughout except for the bathroom and the kitchen. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen all have a radiator so you stay warm no matter which room you're in. The kitchen comes with an oven/range, refrigerator, and cabinet space. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet mirror, shower/tub combo, and a small closet and drawers for storage. It also has doors on both sides for easy access from either bedroom. The apartment brings in plenty of natural lighting and each unit has its own designated laundry hookups in the basement. **Manitowoc Property Management does NOT charge any fee whatsoever for applications, showings, or any other reason up until you sign the lease. If anyone asks you for money before you sign a lease, it is a scam. We never ask for money upfront. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Showings are currently being conducted for approved applicants only. Online applications can be filled out on our website at Manitowocpm.com. Please allow one week for processing. Applicants who apply are not guaranteed a rental. Available rentals will be leased out to the most qualified applicant. The listing remains active until an approved applicant has signed the lease. Tenants are required to obtain Landlord Liability Insurance (this is NOT renter's insurance, but this coverage may be included in renter's insurance). If preferred, Manitowoc Property Management can provide Landlord Liability Insurance through a 3rd party provider that is integrated with our tenants' portals.
