Lease terms

Renters are responsible for gas & electric & water utilities. Lease agreement is to be signed by all occupants. No pets allowed. No use of, or possession of any unlawful drugs or activities on premises are allowed and will result in immediate termination of lease and eviction. Appliances, non-function repairs will be at the landlords discretion. Any additional tenants must be approved by landlord subject to lease agreement and violation will add additional $50 month to lease agreement. Rent to be paid by money order, bank transfer or other acceptable payment by 1st of month. After 5th of month, additional $25 late fee and after 15th month, $10 each additional day added to monthly payment due until satisfied by landlord. Tenant is required to purchase renter's insurance.
