Base rent includes full use of the townhome, in-unit laundry (washer and dryer), patio, clubhouse, gym, tanning facilities, business center, dog park, swimming pool, and hot tub. It also includes sewer, water, trash and recycling service, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, cable, and other utilities not listed. Parking: $175/month for the covered parking space, with an option to add a second (uncovered) space for a total of $250/month. A credit check is required and a good credit history is expected. Proof of income is required at a minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Pets are not allowed, though this may be negotiable. Renter's insurance is required. A background check is required.
