There are two bedrooms located on the main level (both have a Queen bed) and two more upstairs (one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twin beds). For extra guests or kids you can also use the Queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the main level Queen bedroom. There are two full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to complete this home, along with a separate dining room that seats 4 - perfect for a late night game of Spades! The kitchen table also seats 4 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. You can't beat Carolina beach for family fun! Note that owner reserves the right to occupy the lower level of the structure with at least a 24 hour notice, but this is a very rare occurrence strictly for maintenance or emergencies. Occupancy 11 Bedding Recap: 3 Queens, 3 Twins, 1 Queen Sofa Bed Parking: Parking for four vehicles Prohibited: Smoking, Grilling on Deck, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
