Comes with a full-size bed and a pull out sleeper couch. We provide new bedding, new towels, cookware, utensils and cutlery. Utilities are paid for with exception of cable/wifi. Laundry onsite. Being in the canyon we are usually 10 degrees cooler which is wonderful in the summer. Pets welcome. This is a NO SMOKING property and NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Owners live on-site.
