We have an Irish Setter/Doodle mix named Woody (who is always the hit for all of our housemates) and we love to enjoy the beautiful outdoors available to us in our neighborhood, Forest Hill. We spend a lot of time walking through the park or going on the James River in the summer. We bought our current house in 2021 with the intention of making it a place for friends and guests. We love to entertain occasionally but also enjoy spending quiet time as a family. We are a family of three, looking for a housemate to share a beautiful house in the quiet neighborhood of Forest Hill, located in the city. Come live with us in one of the most beautiful homes in Richmond! .Huge house, updated kitchen, and landscaped yard, only 5 minutes from Carytown, 10 minutes from VCU/MCV, downtown, and walking distance from South of the James Farmers Market, and only blocks from the river and Buttermilk trail. Very large bedroom with double closet, en suite/private bathroom. Short and long-term leases are available. The room is furnished with a queen-sized Temperpedic bed, nightstand, chair, and storage bench with a 55'' TV. There is additional storage available in walk-up attic for any additional items. The house includes a home gym next to your room, washer/dryer on your floor, all modern appliances, an amazing backyard with a basketball court and storage sheds as well as easy on-street parking. All utilities are included, which also includes a monthly cleaning service of room and bathroom. Looking for a young professional or grad student. Prefer a minimum 2 month lease but we are flexible.
