The property is a fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium located at 1200 S Riordan Ranch St, directly across from NAU's Cline library. One to two people maximum. You must be clean and have references. The unit features a newer stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and includes one uncovered parking space. The monthly rent is $1,775, which includes hot water; the tenant pays for electric and gas heat. The unit will be available from July or August 2026. A security deposit of $1,775 and a satisfactory credit check are required. I will accept parents co-signing the lease with acceptable credit. Please note that pets are not permitted in the unit.
