The monthly rent is $1,775, which includes hot water; the tenant pays for electric and gas heat. The unit will be available from July/August 2026. A security deposit of $1,775 and a satisfactory credit check are required. I will accept parents co-signing the lease with acceptable credit. Please note that pets are not permitted in the unit.
