Lease Terms Wine Country Haven is thoughtfully designed for executive professionals, corporate residents, traveling medical professionals, relocating families, remote workers, insurance housing, and others seeking a high-quality, turnkey furnished home for an extended stay. A minimum 30-night stay and signed rental agreement are required. The home is offered fully furnished and move-in ready with all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and routine landscaping included in the monthly rent. The home is completely equipped with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, including: A fully stocked kitchen with cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, silverware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, serving pieces, small appliances, and a thoughtfully supplied selection of cooking oils, spices, and pantry essentials. Quality bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and extra linens. Brand-new LG washer and dryer, along with laundry supplies. Comfortable furnishings throughout, Smart TVs, dedicated workspace, central heating and air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Simply bring your suitcase everything else is provided. A Level 2 (220V) EV charger is available on-site for actual monthly usage fee. Guests should bring their own compatible charging cable if required by their vehicle. Rent, the cleaning fee, and any applicable security deposit are due prior to move-in. All adult residents may be required to complete an application, provide valid identification, and pass standard credit and background screening. Only the approved residents listed on the lease may occupy the home. No subletting, smoking, parties, or animals are permitted. Lease extensions are welcome, subject to availability and owner approval.
