Up to 2 small, well-behaved & potty trained pets OK with additional deposit ($200). Dogs cannot roam free or go to the bathroom in the yard (must walk it). Security deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent is required. You will be given a handbook containing the guidelines for living in the housing association. No subletting allowed.
