Ample seating is available at the large dining table, countertop, or high-top table. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The first floor hosts a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and closet, with a full bathroom featuring a modern tub/shower combo just outside the door. Upstairs, find a second living space with a workstation and a cozy couch with a chaise lounger. The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed, a private balcony overlooking the front yard, and a smart TV. An en-suite bathroom with a shower and vanity is stocked with essentials. This Jack and Jill bathroom connects to a final bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV.
Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Guests are welcome to bring their bikes or rent them from local vendors. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft, or taxis, are also available.

Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, enforced per St. Johns County ordinance. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. There is an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). Tampering with or removing the security camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or their guests. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
