Laundry is available, 1 car space in the back or street parking. Garbage goes out on Tuesdays. House is furnished (No fireplace or use of pit) Responsible for house/room upkeep and additional linens and things if needed.
1st, last and 1 months security deposit for consideration. 3-6 month minimum lease to a year. Rent is due by the 5th of the month as a direct deposit. Late fee of $50 if on the 6th, and $100 if on the 10th. No smoking, pets or loud parties. Quiet house after 10pm. 3 weeks advanced notice for move out. House is older so replacement items tend to cost more. Security deposit is returned after walk thru is completed.
