Hi!… I'm a 40-year-old female live-in homeowner looking for roommates to share quiet, peaceful and spacious 4 bed/3bath condo in the beautiful Melville Park neighborhood in Dorchester!
We live on a beautiful, tree-lined street with friendly neighbors (all homeowners), 10-15 min drive to major hot spots in Boston, downtown, and airport, so you are a little away from the hub but close enough to the action without the noise. Several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby (Star Market, Stop n Shop, America's Food Basket, Target, South Bay center, etc.).
MBTA Redline subway station is just a block away (2 min walk) from the house so super convenient for commuters!
Room available: for Sept 1 move-in; 3-6month lease (with an option for longer if the fit is right)
Rent: $1,375/month INCLUDES internet, gas, electricity, water (own bathroom!)
