The entire house not for rent, just the Master Bedroom & Spare bedroom since I live here to but in the basement (I'm the home owner). I am female and 42 years old. all genders are accepted here!! (LGBTQ+ very friendly) We'll do the Lease in person which is right now a Month-to-Month basis for right now (no lease on zillow): -NO Section 8 Vouchers allowed -NO pets allowed -NO Illegal Drugs allowed -Limitation of smoking be outside -NO alcohol in the house, i don't like drunks! -NO criminal history allowed REQUIREMENTS: -MUST be a clean person -MUST help out with all yardwork and inside cleaning!! -MUST have a Fulltime job -MUST be reliable person -MUST provide 3-12 months of Pay Stubs from all your jobs or if you have W2's for past 1 yr be accepted also plus 1-3 pay stubs -MUST not have a bad credit history -MUST provide 2-3 past Land lord contact information to provide to me 550 for monthly room rent in CASH ONLY! the utilities include: city water/sewage/trash, power, gas, net. POWER & GAS WILL BE CONSERVED, unless you want to chip in $250 ON UP towards those bills then i'll allow higher usage depending by each month's usage and i'll tell you how much you need to chip in for that consumption. AC be kept on 84F at all times, heat will be kept at 67F in cold months and nothing higher **1st of every month RENT money will be due in cash only of $550 PLUS any additional money for OVERUSE on ALL UTILITIES!! *a Month-to-Month Lease MUST be signed, dated and we do it in front of a Notary. the Lease will be drawn up with you and me together, i'll type it up to what's agreed Upon and will be printed off at a store on paper to be signed after all proof i require of you is shown and copied as proof about you as the Renter. Also WILL BE REQUIRED to help out on electric and gas bill on high demand if more then usual due to extra consumption ACCESS TO: -full kitchen of cookware, etc to cook/bake -full laundry room -shared master bathroom furnished ( towels, cabinet, etc) -Central AC and Heating (is to be kept at a certain temperature all all times depending on if Summer or Winter) -Rent Includes: all utilities- water, gas, electric, city sewer, trash pickup, wifi internet fiber 500 mbps (Shared), (I think that's everything?) If you want cable or satellite services, that's on you, not me. (i use Roku for free movies, shows etc), i don't like cable or satellite services for TV
