A great winter retreat with excellent privacy. There are 3 furnished bedrooms; a 4th room that is a living area but could easily be a bedroom. There is also a large loft on the top floor that could be a 4th or 5th bedroom, workspace, or entertainment area. The pool area features an outdoor fireplace alcove, a cliffside fire pit area. and there is an all season gas grill in the outdoor kitchen area.
