A large, nicely furnished ground-floor apartment in a prime location. 12 E.… Preston is very conviently located in the heart of the cultural center of Baltimore, with Penn Station, the symphony, opera and a modern movie house being within 3 blocks. Penn Station, with easy access to DC via MARC, and AMTRAK's nation-wide network is 2 short blocks away. The John's Hopkins Shuttle also stops at Penn Station. City bus stops going North, South, East, and West are also within a block. There are numerous resturants of many types within 4 blocks. It is hard to find a more convient location in Baltimore, especially if city driving is not "your thing!" The ground floor "Basement" is rented nicely furnished.
