Guests have access to two swimming pools within the community. One is merely 30 steps from the front door and the second which also features a hot tub is a short 3 minute drive. The pools open Memorial Day Weekend through October annually. A pool waiver must be signed before the access code is released.
**Please note that due to COVID-19 state restrictions, the pools are not currently open**
This villa sits in the lower section of the community on a private, gated, quiet cul-de-sac with only 6 total units. The villa community itself sits adjacent to the Santa Fe National Forest providing guests with an abundance of hiking, biking and walking trails all close to Ski Santa Fe as well.
