A $35 application fee per app is charged payable cash or money order. We check all references & run a credit check before APPROVAL, which usually takes 1-3 working days. If you have not rented before or have worked less than one year at your current job or have a low credit rating, you may be required to pay an extra security deposit and/or require a co-signer. If your application is approved we require the Security Deposit to be paid within 24 hours in cash or money order, or we move on next applicant. First Months rent is due at time of move-in, payable in cash or money order.
