Fully furnished front home available for 12-month lease terms. The home is set up as a spacious 1-bedroom plus office; the office can accommodate a queen-size bed frame if needed. Ideal for 1 to 2 occupants. The rental includes exclusive use of the entire front of the house and the front patio. Owners live in the separate back house on the property with a private entrance. The driveway and mailbox are shared. Please note there is only 1 dedicated parking space available in the shared driveway. Access to the backyard is not included as it is reserved for the owners' private use. This is a very quiet, friendly neighborhood in a highly desirable Salt Lake City location with easy access to parks, trails, restaurants, shopping, downtown, and a short drive to the University of Utah. Gas, water, sewer, and high-speed Google Fiber internet are included. Tenant is responsible for electricity and must place the electric account in their name prior to move-in. Water usage is included up to the property's historical 12-month average; excessive usage above the baseline may result in additional charges. Pets may be considered on approval. Because there is already a large dog living on the property, all pets will require assessment and approval prior to lease signing. Additional pet deposit and/or pet rent may apply. Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease, and proof of active coverage must be provided prior to move-in. Policy must include personal liability coverage. No smoking permitted.
