Lease terms

Screening fee ($29.00) is paid directly to Apartments[.]com for TransUnion credit and background checks. No fees are collected by the landlord. Do not submit applications or payments through Zillow. All utilities (Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Internet) are the responsibility of the Tenant and must be transferred into the Tenant's name prior to move-in. Proof of active Renter's Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required before keys are released; proof of coverage for specific pet breeds is required if applicable. Strict non-smoking policy applies inside the dwelling and garage. Pets require prior written approval, pet screening, a $300 refundable deposit, and $50/month pet rent per pet. Subleasing, short-term rentals, and commercial use are strictly prohibited. All adults (18+) must sign the lease.
