This respect shall include: Politeness to each other, and to each other's guests; No talking about confidential roommate matters to others; No posting roommate's personal information or pictures on Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social website; Respect for each other's religious beliefs and practices is paramount as well. Initial: In addition, I agree to the following arrangements regarding: Standard House Rules: Bathroom cleanliness Maintain bathroom cleanliness daily Bring issues to landlord's attention Maintain positive environment Food/Cooking/Kitchen Supplies/Kitchen Clean-up: All dirty dishes must be washed and put away promptly-not left in the sink. Keep the place reasonably tidy. Sharing of Personal Items: Refrain from borrowing personal property without prior approval. If damage is done to personal property, the party responsible for the damage will be held responsible. Smoking, Drinking, Drugs: There will be no drugs on the property at any time. There will be no smoking in or near the house. Guests No guests are allowed to stay the night. See landlord for exceptions. Hello, I am looking for a responsible and respectful tenant in their 20's or 30's who is looking for a temporary place to call home. The tenant must have his own transportation, and simply honor the contract. The lease is for 6 months, and will extend to month to month as long as 60 days notice is provided prior to moving out. The monthly rate is $900 per month INCLUDING all utilities. About the house: The house lies in a cul de sac (limited traffic) and is extremely close to Coldwater Springs Golf Club. The neighbors are extremely polite as well. The house has a split floor plan with both spare bedrooms separated by a bathroom and second living room (promotes privacy). Please view pictures for additional information. Procedure: 1) IIf you are interested in the room, then send me an email or text telling me a little bit about yourself. After we get to know each other a little bit, (2) I will send you a draft of the contract. 3) Then, I will invite you to view the house and ask any follow up questions. 4) Background check occurs afterwards, then 5) sign the contract and move in! Other notes: The room is for only one person only. No drugs. The room is furnished with a bed (with linens), multiple dressers, and a TV. About me: I am a devout Christian who enjoys exercising and reading.
