We have 1 furnished bedroom available for rent in our 5 bedroom house. It has a bed and a desk. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person. There is a big kitchen, living room, and dining room that is all shared. I personally had all the bedrooms, bathrooms and complete kitchen renovated and rebuilt about 2 years ago. The kitchen is all new appliances with granite countertop island and new cabinets, large living room, dining room common area with large screen tv for the house tenants to relax.
