A utilities and HOA package is $1,000/month and includes all utilities, water, trash, WiFi, landscaping, pest control, and exterior maintenance. Additional fees include a $150 application fee per adult, a one-time non refundable cleaning fee, and a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. Pets are allowed with a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet (maximum two small dogs, 20 lbs each). Renters insurance is required. This is a strictly no-smoking property, and subleasing is not permitted. Applicants must provide proof of financials, employment verification, and pass a credit and background check. Optional add-on: A detached 2-car garage with a studio apartment is available for an additional $2,500/month and may be rented with the main home or separately.
