Terms at 1189 Aztec Rd

Renters will be responsible for Heating fuel, we will give a $400 credit in September to help supplement the cost, on average we used 300-350 gallons a year in fuel. Heating is a Toyo heater and a wood burning stove. Renters will also be in charge of electric, internet, plowing, lawn maintenance(lawn mower is provided). We have 2 acres of land that you are free to use as you please, if there is a tree wanting to be used for the wood burning stove send a picture and ask for permission to utilize it as fire wood. We have a chicken coop in the back yard so feel free to utilize it for livestock or for extra storage. Animals are welcome with a deposit, 2 indoor animals are preferred but is negotiable. The back yard is fenced in so your dogs can have the area needed to relax while keeping the wildlife away. There is no garage but plug ins are close to keep vehicles warm. Carpets are brand new and will require a professional cleaning with proof via receipt or a fee charged from security deposit for serviced required to get them as new. There is a 12 month lease minimum and no maximum as we hope you make this your home for a long term lease.
