The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, closet, en suite bathroom, and a door leading to the back patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, nearby bathroom, and a door leading to the back patio. The third bedroom is a loft-style room with 4 built-in twin beds, two couches, a seating area overlooking the living room, and a nearby bathroom. Enjoy two outdoor living spaces with seating, a grill, and a dining table, as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. A record player, speaker, and record collection are available.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers an ultimate private lake getaway. Drive just 2.3 miles down the road to explore the lake at Lost Bridge Marina. Downtown Eureka Springs is a 45-minute drive away.
The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and an event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
