Two kayaks are available for use, though a rack or trailer is required for transport. Paid add-ons include access to Lost Bridge Facilities such as the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis court, and library with a small daily fee.

It is just 2.3 miles to Lost Bridge Marina for quick access to Beaver Lake and a 45-minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Walmart is approximately a 25-minute drive and offers home delivery or pickup service.
The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and an event fee has been paid; an un-approved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
